HAROPA PORT has launched a call for applications (CfA) to develop several strategic sites located within the Rouen port estate. The objective is to partner with specialised real estate operators to jointly deliver property developments tailored to the needs of industrial and port logistics stakeholders.
A partnership-driven approach to expanding port real estate offerings
Through this call for applications, HAROPA PORT aims to select, for each site, either a single candidate or a consortium with a view to creating a dedicated project company, bringing together HAROPA PORT and the selected partner(s).
The precise governance arrangements, equity participation and operating framework of these project companies will be defined and finalised during subsequent negotiation phases with the shortlisted candidates.
These project companies will notably be responsible for:
- Co-developing real estate solutions aligned with the needs of industry and port logistics;
- Marketing the completed developments;
- Managing and operating the assets, making them available to users in exchange for long-term occupancy revenues.
Four sites concerned in the Rouen area
The call for applications covers four sites:
• Rouen Vallée Seine Logistique 1 – 5.8 hectares
• Rouen Vallée Seine Logistique 2 – 7 hectares
• Rouen Vallée Seine Logistique 3 – 5.2 hectares
• Petit-Couronne site – 12.6 hectares
A strategy supporting economic development
Beyond partner selection, this initiative forms part of HAROPA PORT’s broader strategy to:
• Sustainably enhance the value of port zone assets;
• Support the establishment and growth of businesses;
• Offer sites suited to industrial and logistics challenges;
• Strengthen the attractiveness and structuring of port activity hubs.
All information related to the call for applications, including submission procedures, is available online at realestate.haropaport.com.
Application deadline: 30 June 2026 at 12:00 (noon) French time.
