Agglo Seine-Eure has launched a Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) for the sale of the “Les Saules” business centre in Val-de-Reuil. The 3,614 m² property is located at the heart of the Paris–Normandy corridor and offers further development potential.
A business site spanning more than 3,600 m²
Located in Val-de-Reuil, in the Eure department, the “Les Saules” business centre offers a total floor area of 3,614 m² on a 10,490 m² plot, with additional development potential.
Built in 2007, the property is currently home to several businesses and includes:
• 20 furnished offices ranging from 18 to 25 m²;
• 6 workshop units of approximately 440 m² each;
• 3 fully equipped meeting rooms;
• A cafeteria and shared facilities;
• Parking for approximately 80 vehicles, as well as a manoeuvring area.
The site is currently operational. The proposed sale includes provisions for maintaining the businesses currently renting or registered at the property.
A strategic location on the Paris–Normandy corridor
The site benefits from a strategic location within the Seine-Eure urban community, with easy access to the A13 and A154 motorways and Val-de-Reuil railway station.
The station provides around 20 daily connections to both Paris Saint-Lazare and Rouen. The site is also served by public transport and accessible via the local greenway.
This location, combined with the existing facilities and the development potential of the site, offers attractive prospects for an operator looking to acquire an established business property and support its future development.
